Ene Aliu is the Executive Assistant at the Institute of Southeast Europe for Social and Health Policy. He holds a BA in Economics and Statistics and Public Policy & Governance from RIT Kosovo and RIT New York, graduating with High Honors. Ene has professional experience in high-level coordination, research, and policy analysis, including work with the Cabinet of the President of the Republic of Kosovo and various research institutes. At the Institute, he supports executive management, strategic planning, institutional coordination, and external relations, contributing to the effective implementation of the Institute’s programmes and initiatives.
