The first Failsapient event, themed “If we fail, so be it, success is never far away,” has concluded successfully!
On January 24, 2023, the Heinstain Incubator, in collaboration with the Institute of Southeast Europe for Health and Social Policy and the Heimerer College, launched the first project for 2023 called “FailSapient.”
The Failsapient project, similar to the typology of TED Talks, is an initiative dedicated to research and relevant knowledge exchange, as well as informing and educating the audience by stimulating imagination and creativity. Failsapient aims to change people’s perceptions of failure by encouraging them to try again despite previous failures.
At the first event, we had three guest speakers, two of whom shared their personal experiences and challenges in building their businesses. The first speaker was Mr. Karsten Klapp, who is the founder and CEO of GoBeyond, a startup whose main goal is to use proteins extracted from insects for fertilizer and food consumption in the future. Our second guest speaker was Mr. Edon Muhaxheri, founder and CEO of Radiant Gradient- a globally connected design and software development firm. The third guest speaker, Mr. Albin Pllana, Coordinator of International Projects at Kolegji Heimerer, who in contrast to the previous two guest speakers who shared with us the challenges in building their businesses, informed the audience about the Erasmus For Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) project, which is a fantastic opportunity provided by Heimerer College for anyone with a business idea who wants to develop it with experienced entrepreneurs in one of the EU countries.
This is the first event that FailSapient has planned, albeit it is not the only one. Keep an eye out for what’s next! 😊
